Chicago Citations (17th ed.)

Often, citations of webpages can be limited to notes only. If the information on the web page you are citing has been updated or deleted, make sure to indicate that as appropriate in your body text or notes. Ideally, retain a copy of a web resource that you think is likely to disappear in your own research records.

Very often with web pages, the author will be a corporate author or there will be no author to include.

General Format 
Full Note:

1. Author First Name and/or Initials Surname, "Title of Page," Title or Owner of Site, date last modified or accessed, URL.

Concise Note:

1. Author Surname, "Title of Page."

Bibliography:

Author Surname, First Name or Initials. "Title of Page." Title or Owner of Site. Date last modified or accessed. URL.
